Business Summary
Artemis Resources Limited (Artemis) is a mineral exploration company with focus on gold, uranium and rare elements. The Company has 100% interest in Yandal Gold Project, which covers a total area of 238 square kilometers and is located 95 kilometer southeast of the township of Wiluna, Western Australia. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011, Artemis completed 16 reverse circulation holes of 2,333 meter at Yandal and concluded that the project is prospective and lies within a fertile greenstone belt which has produced four multi-million ounce gold deposits, namely Junedee, Darlat, Mt McClure and Bronzewing. Artemis also holds 100% interest in tenement E08/1841 and E08/1606 of Mt Clement Gold/Silver Project. The Company's Mundong Well Uranium Project is located in the Ashburton region of Western Australia, covering 169 square kilometers, including Mundong West, Cambridge Creek and Bali Hi tenements and hosting a variety of uranium styles.
