Atlantic subsidiary Midwest Vanadium Pty Ltd owns 100% of the Windimurra vanadium project, located approximately 600 kilometers north of Perth in Western Australia. BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2011, Atlantic Ltd's revenues decreased 72% to A$185K. Net loss increased 8% to A$14.3M. Revenues reflects a significant decrease in income from Windimurra Project and lower income from unallocated segment. Higher net loss reflects a presence of foreign exchange losses vs. gains, higher business development expenses, higher administration expenses and a presence of impairment on assets held for sale.
