Business Summary
Atlantic Gold NL is an Australia-based exploration company. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the principal activities of the Company were precious minerals exploration, primarily for gold. The Company’s projects include Touquoy gold project, Cochrane Hill gold project and Nova Scotia regional mine. The Touquoy gold project, which is located in central Nova Scotia, Canada, is based on proved and probable reserves of 9.59 million tons at 1.49 gross tonnage (454,000 contained ounces of gold). The Touquoy gold project represents the first stage of the conceptual 10-year production plan. In September 2009, the total indicated and inferred resource of the Cochrane Hill gold project was upgraded to 10.1 million tons at an average grade of 1.7 gross tonnage, for 549,000 contained ounces of gold. The Company holds 1,200 square kilometers of exploration property in Nova Scotia in its own right, as well as a number of options over property held by third parties.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2011, Atlantic Gold NL reported no revenues. Net loss increased 73% to A$1.2M. Revenues reflect the company is still in development stage.
