Business Summary
Mining Projects Group Limited (MPJ) is an Australia-based company engaged in resource exploration and investments. The Company’s major exploration focus, during the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), was its Talga Peak Project (Talga Peak), in which the Company owns 80%. The Company has investments in a number of companies, including Eleckra Mines Limited, Atlas Iron Limited, De Grey Mining Limited and Jackson Gold Limited. The Company acquired Raptor Minerals Pty Limited on December 4, 2009, which has a number of granted prospecting rights in South Africa for gold, uranium, and molybdenum mineralisation, and Xplor Limited in August 2009 whose lease portfolio consists of Egerton Project, Mount Tarrangower Project and Golden Mount Project.
