During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company increased its interest in Golden Palm Growers Berhad (GPGB) from 70% to 99.66%. On May 17, 2010, the Company purchased a 100% interest in Golden Palm Marketing Sdn Bhd (GPM).

BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2011, Sterling Biofuels International Limited's revenue increased from A$11K to A$194K. Net loss increased 81% to A$5.5M. Revenues reflect presence of income from Biodiesel segment and increased income from Oil Palm growers segment.
