Business Summary
Stellar Resources Limited (SRZ) is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), SRZ focused on the Tarcoola Iron Ore Project (Coolybring) in central South Australia and the Heemskirk Tin Project in Tasmania. Its other projects include Pirie Basin Uranium project, which is located north of Cowell in South Australia's Eyre Peninsula, and Warrior Uranium, which is located west of Tarcoola in South Australia. SRZ also owns a number of less advanced exploration properties that target copper-gold, lead-zinc, uranium and nickel. During fiscal 2010, a six hole diamond drilling program commenced at the Heemskirk Tin Project in Tasmania. During fiscal 2010, its joint venture was conducted by UraniumSA Limited (USA) on EL 4242 near Cowell in South Australia. Other joint ventures include Panama Hat (EL 6556) in New South Wales, where the Company has the right to earn 49% interest.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2011, Stellar Resources Ltd.'s total revenue decreased 22% to A$44K. Net loss increased from A$52K to A$502K. Total revenue reflects decrease in interest income.
