Automotive Group Holdings Limited, formerly Automotive Holdings Group Limited, is a diversified automotive retailing and logistics group with operations in Australian and New Zealand. The Company operates in two segments: Automotive Retail and Logistics. AHG is an automotive retailer, with its major operations in Western Australia, New South Wales and Queensland. The automotive segment has 106 dealerships franchise sites operating within the geographical areas of Australia and New Zealand. It also operates transport and cold storage division. Its other logistical operations segment, comprises AHG’s automotive parts warehousing and distribution businesses, motorcycle distribution and vehicle storage and engineering. AHG also operates the Prestige Hino truck dealership in Dandenong, Victoria, as well as Liverpool Nissan in New South Wales. In October 2011, it acquired Diesel Motors Trucks (DMT).

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 30 June 2011, Automotive Holdings Group Limited's revenues increased 3% to A$3.34B. Net income decreased 48% to A$31.2M. Revenue reflects an increase in sales from the Automotive Retail business segment. Net income was offset by a significant increase in employee benefits expenses, higher depreciation & amortization expenses, an increase in finance costs and higher occupancy costs.
