On July 20, 2011, the Company set up a Cooperative Joint Venture with Jinan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd for the production, sale and distribution of quench & tempered steel plate into China, with the trading name of Bisalloy Jigang (Shandong) Steel Plate Co., Limited.
