BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 30 June 2011, Newcrest Mining Limited's revenues increased 46% to A$4.1B. Net income increased 63% to A$908M. Revenues reflect an increase in income from sale of gold and copper. Net income also reflects decreased other close-out related costs and lower losses on restructured and closed out hedge contracts. Newcrest is the largest gold producer listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.
