Transurban Group is engaged in the business of development, operation and maintenance of toll roads. The Company has three geographic segments: Victoria, Australia; New South Wales, Australia and the United States of America (USA). The tolling businesses of Roam and Tollaust have also been included in the New South Wales operating segment. As of June 30, 2011, the Company’s assets included CityLink in Victoria; Hills M2 Motorway, Lane Cove Tunnel, a 75.1% interest in M1 Eastern Distributor, a 50% interest in M5, a 50% interest in M7 in New South Wales; along with a 75% interest in Pocahontas in the USA, among others. As of the same date, the Company’s subsidiaries included CityLink Melbourne Limited, City Link Extension Pty Limited, Transurban Collateral Security Pty Limited, Transurban Finance Company Pty Limited, Transurban (USA) Holdings No.1 Pty Limited and Transurban (USA) Holdings No.2 Pty Limited, among others.

Financial Summary
BRIEF: For the year ended 30 June 2011, Transurban Group's revenues increased 19% to A$1.31B. Net income increased 89% to A$112.5M. Revenues reflect a significant increase in construction revenue and higher toll, fee & other road revenue. Net income also reflects a decrease in corporate costs, lower finance costs, a fall in depreciation & amortization and a significant decrease in business development costs.
