Its subsidiaries include Ceramic Fuel Cells (Europe) Limited, Ceramic Fuel Cells (Powder) Limited and Ceramic Fuel Cells GmbH. In September 2009, the Company disposed of all of its securities.

BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 December 2009, Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited's revenues decreased 27% to A$1.7M. Net loss decreased 69% to A$10.1M. Revenues reflect an increase in revenue from Australia segment and higher income from Europe segment. Lower loss reflects a decrease in general & administration expenses, decreased sales & marketing expenses and the presence of net foreign exchange loss vs. exchange gain.
