In March 2011, it announced that National Australia Bank Ltd. has ceased to be a substantial holder in the Company.

BRIEF: For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2010, QBE Insurance Group Limited's revenues increased 18% to $15.21B. Net income decreased 17% to $1.28B. Revenues reflect increased income from Direct & facultative and higher income from inward reinsurance. Net income was offset by increased outward reinsurance premium expense, higher insurance claims, increased other expenses and an increase in finance and other costs.
