BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2011, Roc Oil Company Limited's revenues increased 31% to US$131M. Net loss totaled U$6.6M, vs. a profit of U$6.7M. Revenues reflect in increase in income generated from Oil sales and a rise in income from Natural Gas Liquid(NGL). Net loss reflects increased Chinese special levy, higher exploration cost, increased other cost and a rise in interest expenses. The Co. is engaged in oil and gas exploration.
