On October 2, 2009, the Company acquired some parts of the Australian business operations of Bristol Myers Squibb Australia (BMSA) and associated assets (BMS Australian Business). The BMS Australian Business consists of the pharmaceutical and technical operations division, which operates out of BMS Australia’s Noble Park facility.
