On February 9, 2009, Telstra Octave Holdings Limited completed the acquisition of 67% of the issued share capital of Octave Investments Holdings Limited. On April 30, 2009, Telstra Service Solutions Holdings sold its 100% shareholding in KAZ Group Pty Limited and KAZ Technology Services Pty Limited.
