  1. Does the Market Analyser have any analysis tools?

    The Market Analyser has a robust scanning feature, which aims to help you identify trading opportunities among the global markets, a selected Watch List, or an individual stock. You will soon be able to recognise trade set-ups in a matter of seconds, using the system's industry-standard indicators, the Pre-Alerts or your own custom-designed indicators, which can be created using our Analyser Wizard.

    There are two available:

    • Trader Dealer Online

      Trader Dealer Online is a subsidiary of MDS Financial Group and provides clients with access to online trading services covering Equities, Options and Warrants.

    • MF Global CFDs

  3. Can the Market Analyser be installed on multiple computers?

    Yes it can, however you can only login to one installation of the software at a time, unless you have more than one Market Analyser membership.

  5. What is the Order Entry System?

    The Order Entry System is a service that allows you to use the Order Pad and Order Management plug-ins within your Market Analyser. Here you will be able to submit orders to the market, view/modify/delete unfilled orders, view completed trades, and view Current Holding(s) and available cash. Access to this service requires an account with a supported broker or online trading service.

    The Market Analyser provides live and delayed data access to Index futures, Grain futures, Currency futures, Bond futures, Metal futures, Soft futures, Meat futures plus Energy futures.

  8. How much historical data do I get with Market Analyser?

    When you subscribe to Market Analyser you have access to up to 10 years worth of historical security data. This applies to charts and price history (end of day downloading).

  9. How do I install the Market Analyser from a CD?

    If you are installing from Market Analyser CD, then insert the Market Analyser CD ROM into your CD ROM drive. Market Analyser should begin installing automatically. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your installation.

  10. Can I have multiple Watch Lists opened at one time?

    Yes, you can have multiple Watch Lists opened at one time, just select the Watch List option from the Menu for each window you want open. The Watch Lists window allows you to create and display groups of securities in tables.

    Yes. The Market Analyser includes a portfolio feature built in. You can keep a track of your current holdings, transaction register; sell history, orders, charts and reports.
